On our way to the pasture, I decided to ask a buring question.
"When we found you yesterday in the forest ... Why were you bleeding ?"
Luukas scrached his forehead. He seemed worried. His cheek was still healing, I could see it.
"Well, you see, yesterday I was in the forest because I was looking for ..."
"Something right ?"
"Well in fact it was someone. My niece, Barbezyeux's rider. She live here but she ... Sometimes she runs away."
I paused.
"Why ? She's young ?"
"No she... she must be your age, 20-ish. She just ... She has troubles."
I felt like he wasn't going to tell me more. I let silence take away the conversation. But Luukas responded :
"You know we're lucky this time. Once, she fleed with her horse, we lost her for a week."
"A week ? But how did she survived ?"
"Apparently she ate plants and slept with Barbezyeux ... Their bond is very strong. Stronger than anything you'll see probably. They were found by a local lumberjack who took them home. It was last spring if I remember well."
"And ... How are you going to find her this time ?"
"Well, she often comes back on her own, even if she stay in the forest. I spend my days and nights looking for her in the near forest and ... When she'll be ready, she'll let us find her."

We finally arrived to the Pasture. Devil's attention was sddently taken by the two mares, who were peacefully living their life in the snow. Rosemonde put herself in the "fighter" posture. Still the same mare ! But Barbezyaux came to say hello.

"She's huge !"
"Yup. She's a north swedish horse, a big ball of fluffy kindness."
"She looks ..."
"Yeah she looks a bit sad. She didn't see her human for a few days ..."
"I see ..."

That's probably all I had to say for today. Stay tuned for tomorrow !
