Today, a lesson with Luukas was planned. As it was in the afternoon, I didn't want to work with Dev' in the morning (remember his growing bones ?). Jacob offered me to come to his training with Rosemary. I accepted, as I got nothing else to do. And I'm pretty curious about a specific dressage training !


We both went to the arena in the cold and snow, covered with several layers of warm clothes. His mare was way more calm and relaxed than yesterday, with Dev'. She must hate stallions !


He quickly explained the program for today (nothing very exciting, his mare was also very green), and then proceed to took his coat off.
"You're going to ride dressed like that ?! With that cold ?"
I shoud precise that the arena was, of course, not heated. He smiled maliciously at me and answered :
"Well, if you're not sweating after a few minutes doing horse riding, then you're doing it wrong !"


He got on his horse and calmy get to work. I have to say that it was pretty interesting to watch, but definitly not as much as show jumping. The interest of the discipline isn't the same, I guess !
